My right arm (from shoulder to hands) lost sensation for good 15 minutes in the morning, and tingling feeling started several minutes after and it "came back to life". now it is perfectly normal and feels as if nothing happened. should i be worried?

For such a short lasting symptom,I'd be thinking of a nonvascular, nondemyelinating neurological issue such as a transient nerve impingement at the cervical ( neck) level. It could have been positional but it becomes a recurring issue, I recommend a consultation with a neurologist. An MRI of your neck may be ordered depending upon the neurologist's assessment.

The most probable explanation is that you slept either on your side or face-down in a way that impinged on your brachial plexus, a complex group of nerves that passes through the armpit to innervate your arm and nearby structures. As a one time occurrence, it's probably of little concern, but if it occurs more frequently and during the day, it may warrant looking into thoracic outlet syndrome.
