No: By "pinched nerve, " I am assuming you mean in the spine. The nerve providing sensation to the face and the multiple nerves that contribute to the tongue come from the skull base, not the spine.

Pinched where?: Pinching of a nerve in the cervical spine would usually not cause tongue or facial numbness but, rather pain and numbness in the neck and extremity.
