Left side of my tongue and face goes numb for a few seconds every other day. sometimes my left hand goes numb with it? would you happen to know the cause of it?

Focal paroxysmal numbness may be encountered in migraine and/ or epilepsy, and in an older person, might be indicative of focal ischemia of brain circulation. Not feasible to pinpoint herein, and suggest a neurological consultation to uncover etiology of your symptoms.
