Can gastric malt lymphoma cause swollen taste buds on back of tongue?

Not typically: Gastric malt lymphoma is usually characterized by being localized to the stomach alone. The back of the tongue is a part of another lymphatic region known as waldeyer's ring and people can develop lymphoma there, but swollen tastebuds is not a common appearance for lymphoma.
