Anxiety meds: Ibuprofen is not an anxiety medication. If you are prone to panic attacks look into getting treatment. Sometimes people can work through panic disorder without meds, but if you do need meds you need to take something that will help. Best wishes.

Probably no effect: Panic attacks are from release of adrenaline when there is no need for flight or fight response. Ibuprofen will not help, but if you can chill out for about 15 mins (when the adrenaline will wear off), it will pass. Panic gets worse when you freak out and tell yourself it is never going to end which leads to continued re-release of adrenaline. Exposure therapy from a trained therapist helps.
