Depends: If you have severe asthma, this is not for you. Otherwise it is ok. However no sleeping aid should be used on a long-term basis whenever possible. If you have problem sleeping with asthma, you should get your asthma under control. If you continues to have sleeping issue not from asthma, consider a sleep study since sleep deprivation can be very harmful to your health and mental state.
