Possibly....: Bronchitis is an infection of the airways and can lead to severe coughing and/or bronchospasm. During severe coughing, it is possible to decrease temporarily blood flow to the brain which can make you feel light-headed. Also, if the infection is severe enough to lower the oxygen level, low oxygen can make you feel light-headed. See your doctor for treatment.
