Was put on zpack for bronchitis and today have very bad headache, fast heartbeat, dizziness, and shaking. is it a side effect and what should i do?

Go to doctor: Could be a side effect. Is not real common but can cause a cardiac problem and you would need an ekg to have it diagnosed but it would have the symptoms you describe

Not really: Those don't seem like very common side effects of a z-pack. Were you also put on a steroid like prednisone or an inhaler? Those symptoms would go along with either of those medications. If you are not taking either of those other medications then I would suggest seeing a doctor for re-evaluation.
