Do not know: Call back your doctor's office ask them specifically what it is. Or go to your doctors office, they certainly will help you.

See doctor: Without report it is impossible to tell you what it is. You will need a biopsy to determine what this this and how to proceed. X ray are very definitive with non bone lesions.
