Depends on problem: Lab results can be accurately interpreted only when taking your physical condition into account. WBC counts often vary greatly depending on what is going on in your body. If you have an infection the accounts of some types of white blood cells increase for a while to fight the infection. When better, the counts go back into the normal range. If worried, repeat the test in 1 month or two.
