Scientific Rx: Don't waste your time. If topical benzoyl peroxide has not cleared you after two weeks, get with your physician for prescription-strength medicine. Acne is a chronic, non-lifestyle-related, non-hygiene-related disease that cannot be cured but can be managed. If you are responsible for physical & emotional health of a teen, please get junior to effective treatment.
