What does vitamin e oil do for skin and hair?

Not much...: ...Other than plug up some oil glands. Despite what you read on-line concerning its miraculous ability to heal scars and heaven knows what else, there is no credible evidence of any beneficial effects from topical application of vitamin e oil. Sorry, but that's the honest answer.
