What kind of spider bite causes a black dot in the middle?

Nonspecific.: Bites from most spiders and insects look pretty much the same - a red bump, sometimes swollen and/or itchy. If there is a black dot in the middle, it might be a bee sting rather than a bite. Check with your doctor to be sure there isn't a stinger or other foreign body in there.
