Recluse or infection: Brown recluse bites can cause: morbiliform rash, fever, chills, nausea, vomiting, joint pain, renal failure, seizures and coma ( the last symptoms mentioned here are rare). But any infected bite can cause fevers, vomiting and sometimes rashes. Seek physician care for this if it occurs.
