Anytime you're ready: Before a colonoscopy is done, the colon is cleaned throughly by lots of laxatives. So you should not have any stool left in the colon (best case scenario). If there is stool left, it is much harder to do a good colonoscpy. Once the procedure is finished, you can poop any time you are ready.
