Is there a way to test or otherwise "guage" the quality of the air that i breathe in my home? some air quality test or something?

Air quality: The radio and newspapers do give air quality report of each county of each big city daily. Based on that, some schools (kids school!) can be closed to protect the kids. Small cities do not have air quality report as there is not much traffic (main culprit of bad air) or heavy industries to pollute the air. Know the song "the air that i breathe" by the hollies? Check that on youtube. Have fun!

Lately Ive been feeling short of breath and theres pressure in my chest, not sure if its caused by anxiety. Also feeling tired and worn down, could be related or just not sleeping enough. Would doing an at home peak flow test help in any way?
Shortness of breath only after physical activity. I can run three flights or stairs without shortness so I don't understand if it is perceived or real. I don't have cough, chest pain or any chest related symptom. Is there a way to test lung at home?
On flight home & immediately after take off & in the air heart started pounding body got severely tingly & couldnt breathe. Altitude change? Anxiety?
