Can pregnancy cause a slight swelling on the left side of your abdomen?

Maybe: Because of the rotation of the uterus to the right, you might perceive an assymetry or 'swelling' on one side or the other. Run this by your OB and make sure that they do not need to do an ultrasound of the uterus.
