Treatment: Abnormal biopsy could be revealing inflammation, hyperplasia or neoplasia of endometrium. Sometimes, endometrial biopsy fragments can show stromal tissue changes, suggestive leiomyoma ( benign tumor). Ob-gyn physician follow up recomended. Thank you for question.
