Can oxycotin & trazadone be taken together?

Both sedating: Both are sedating so should be used with caution, particularly during the day with activities such as driving and at night related to issues with breathing.

Interactions: Both drugs can be taken together but have to worry about the side effect profile, especially increase sedation. Before taking either of them, discuss with prescribing physician.

Trazodone: If prescribed, yes, although at high doses some sedation can occur.
