Usually: Ther is some interaction between the two that is moderate.They may have additive effects to lower blood pressure even though trazodone is not a BP med.Call you doctor if experience headache, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, and/or changes in pulse or heart rate. These side effects are most likely to be seen at the beginning of treatment.
