Plantar fasciitis: The typical treatment would be wear good supportive shoes with an orthotic, stretch your achilles, use ice on your heel, avoid barefoot flat shoes, try otc nsaids. You may need to rest your feet from the treadmill.

Rest: Rest and ice should help but its likely a biomechanics. Problem that may have led to heel pain. Orthotics are a great option but there are others. Visit with a podiatrist for help.
