Can gingivitis go away after a cleaning and antibiotics?

Cleaning is enough: A good cleaning with good oral hygiene is all you need to treat gingivitis. Antibiotics are unnecessary.

It may.. but...: The gingivitis (inflammation of overlaying gum tissues) can return at any time and point and as soon as proper hygiene declines. Regular visits of every 3-4 months can prevent the severity or occurrence of gingivitis, and if needed, a deep cleaning can treat this condition very effectively. Anti biotics are not necessary for treatment of gingivitis in almost all of the cases..
