Ask your Dr.: In general, after 7-10 days. However, surgeons have different practices so touch base with your surgeon.

Depends on Dr.: I have my patients take off the dressings for my endoscopic carpal tunnel release after 2 days. Other doctors have their patients take of f the dressing after 5-7 days. It would be best to ask your doctor.
