Inflammation: You may have a repetitive use disorder. Do you type for long periods of time. Use the hands often in your work? Could also have early carpal tunnel syndrome. Or perhaps even wrist sprain, strain. Can wear a wrist brace from pharmacy, take Tylenol or Advil and check in with a doctor. May need labs to rule out other inflammatory arthritic conditions.
