What good will a support group do?

Strength in numbers: Support groups can be an important aspect of the recovery process. They are one of the many approaches to a myriad of problems, but especially addiction and recovery. We can't be strong every day, sometimes we need support and the strength of others.

Support Group: Support groups can provide understanding in terms of what you and other members are struggling with, and people often feel better by learning more and knowing they are not alone as others are experiencing similiar struggles. Also members share what has worked and has not worked for them which can be useful in your journey toward health.

Support Groups: Support groups provide exactly that - support. When an individual is going through a difficult time/episode, it is very helpful to speak to someone who may have experienced similar concerns.
