Loss: Good places for support groups are found through the hospitals and their agencies. There are perinatal loss groups, hospice groups, cancer groups, and so forth. Hospital social workers will have lists of available groups, or try the hospial website.

Support groups: Most of the major hospitals in this area have support groups that work with people who have had pregnancy related loss. The groups aren't for everyone, but can give perspective. Sitting and verbalizing your thoughts and emotions with people who have had similar experiences helps. Your friends don't always say the right thing. Call your local hospital for information on these groups.
