Likely yes: If you have an allergy to one of the antibiotics in neosporin (bacitracin, neomycin, or polymixin b), you can use mupirocin, which has a different chemical structure. Some people can be sensitive to the other ingredients that could potentially be in both medications (preservatives or additives, but not usually the petroleum jelly), but this is exceedingly rare. Ask your doctor for more info.
