Depends on parasite: There are many different types of parasites that may live in the intestine. With a light parasite burden, there may be no symptoms. With a heavier burden there may be vague abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, anemia, allergic symptoms, peri-anal itching, biliary and intestinal obstruction etc.
