Symptom wise how can i know it is ibs and not a parasite? stiol exams neg, r they accurate?

You can't.: From symptoms alone, it would be impossible to differentiate IBS from a parasitic infection. However, if you have had a negative parasite exam performed by a reliable lab, the chances of a parasitic infection are very small. If you persist in having uncontrollable diarrhea, see your doctor or a gastroenterologist for further advice. Good luck.
