Growth: Less likely because your bone growth plates are closed in your teens. Once this is closed you cannot grow taller.

Unlikely: Most women have their height maximum around ages 17-20. If you feel that you are taller get yourself measured so you know if you have gotten significantly taller or not.

Better posture?: Growth plates close at the end of adolescence so it is highly unlikely that your have grown taller in your mid 30s. But if you have been doing things to improve your posture or are standing straighter instead of stooping, then perhaps you feel taller.
