Too much meds.: 1000 mg.S is the largest, most effective dosage for acetaminophen. Any more does not make you feel better. Also, more than 1000mg can start to damage your organs.

Likely no: The answer is likely no and it's nothing you need to rush off to the emergency room for. However, you should avoid doing that in the future. It puts a lot of stress on your liver. Have seen people take much higher doses of tylenol (acetaminophen) without damaging their liver. It is however something that should not be done chronically and if you have any psychiatric issue feeling nervous or depressed or are feeling suicidal then you should call 911 or go to the emergency room.

Cigarettes are bad: Smoking is bad for you! that's also a lot of Acetaminophen to take at once. Depending on how big you are and your metabolism, the maximum dose of Acetaminophen is between 3000 and 4000mg daily. Too much can cause liver failure!

Yes: The amount of Acetaminophen is excessive. Although you probably don't need your stomach pumped, this could have significantly negative impact on your liver. Smoking is bad, too. It causes cancer of the mouth, throat and lungs, copd, emphysema and could lead to you having to carry an oxygen bottle around when you're older. Also increases risk of several other types of cancers, too. Stop smoking.

All smoking is!: Acetaminophen 2500mg is a large dose. We recommend no more than 3000mg per day (not all at once, but 1000mg 3 times a day or 500mg every 4 hours. A single large dose like you describe isn't likely to be harmful, but frequent doses this large could injure your liver.

Bad, not harmful: The cigarettes have no effect on the tylenol (acetaminophen). A bad dose of tylenol is 140mg/kg. If you weigh 110lbs/50kgs you would have to take 14 500 mg pills to become dangerous. If this is a suicide gesture you should call someone for help?

Possibly!: Maximum Acetaminophen per 24 hour period should not exceed 3500-4000 mg. Long term excessive use may cause irreversable liver damage. Smoking cigarettes just not a good healthy thing to do, however, i see this as a personel choice. I would consider putting the cigarettes down and exercise every time you think a out smoking, that is how i kicked the habit 34 years ago! good luck.
