Umbilical hernia: It could be an umbilical hernia. U can feel the hole in your belly button. See if u can push the bulge in to reduce it? Usually the mesintary (fatty apron over the bowels) gets into the hernia, but sometimes the bowel can get into the hernia. When that happens a portion of the bowel can get strangulated and give u the symptoms u describe. See a doctor.
