Blood pressure: Blood pressure is dynamic. Increased physical activity can cause gradual weight-loss and thereby decrease blood pressure. But not so fast that you could have a low blood pressure the next day itself.

Yes, if: It can if you didn't replace the fluid you lost with your ipa. In other words, you may be liters behind in your hydration and if you just drank a normal amount, you may still be liters behind. This is the most plausible explanation for lower BP 24 hours after ipa.
