Either: There are many causes of feeling tired. One is abnormal blood pressure, either high or low. Some people are tired due to anemia or low blood sugar. Stress, dehydration , poor eating or sleeping habits, viral syndromes are a few of the many possible causes of "tired". It is best to see your primary care physician to have a thorough physical and to be honest and forthcoming with your concerns.
