Blood pressure: You have to discuss this with your doctor. Most likely it's okay to take it if you been taking atenolol all this while. But sometimes atenolol can cause very low heart rate and blood pressure which can be dangerous.

May be too much : Dose of atenolol may need to be adjusted especially if you're having symptoms. If you have been taking this dose for a long time, it is unlikely to drop your heart rate much further, however would advise caution. Best would be to call your doctor for advice.
