How old are you: now? These symptoms should be attended to ASAP! You may be having symptoms of early congestive Heart Failure or possible CORONARY insuffciency! See your Cardiologist...it's time for a stress test etc Hope this helps! BE WELL DR Z

Cardiologist: After longstanding hypertension, especially if not well controlled, such symptoms are of concern and warrant a thorough evaluation by a cardiologist. Concerns would be heart muscle weakness and coronary artery disease.
