Not related: The antibiotic you were prescribed is not at all related to the antibiotic class that you are allergic to. You should be able to safely go ahead and use it.

Mupirocin : Mupirocin or Bactroban (mupirocin) Ointment is a class into itself. There has been no demonstrated cross-reactivity with cephalosporins.
