It sounds: Like you have bad allergies. A nasal steroid, at night, will help your allergies and the drip in your throat that is likely the source of the cough. Good luck.

Could be allergy: It could be allergy reaction. You should avoid using new cosmetic. Usually it will resolve itself if you stop using the new cosmetic. You should see a doctor if symptom persist.
