You may: Need to give speaking a rest. It could be allergies and a nasal steroid may help. If its persistent you need an ENT to evaluate your vocal cords. Good luck.

Voice: You probably have reflux and of allergies. Try a nonsedating antihistamine like Claritin (loratadine) and see if it helps. If no change them try some Prilosec once or twice a day. You must take the Prilosec one hour before breakfast and supper. Do not eat or drink 3 hrs before bed. Hope this helps.
