Dysphonia: You may be describing diplophonia, a condition in which the voice simultaneously produces two sounds of different pitch. Transient bitonality is frequently noticed in patients either with lesional or functional hoarseness. You need a thorough ENT/functional laryngoscopy exam as Diplophonia is not a specific characteristic of a particular aetiology of dysphonia.
