See a surgeon: See a surgeon so that it can be removed in its entirety, otherwise it will re-grow. Your surgeon will also be able to tell if it's a lipoma for sure, or if it represents a different kind of tumor.

See md: It is probably infected and needs antibiotics and then can be removed surgically with a small scar. Do not pop it again.

Stop trying to pop: Lipomas have to be surgically removed. Lipomas cannot be "popped". Trying to do so will only irritate it.
