Not safe choice.: It probably is an emetic in humans, but ingestion of a large enough amount to cause vomiting it likely not safe. My concern is why you might be asking about emetics - unless a poison control doctor tells you to take an emetic, they're almost never a good choice. Frequent use of emetics is a concern for bulimia.

You will vomit: And it's easy to overdo it. Syrup of ipecac may be a "safer" emetic. If you were in my office, i would ask why you would want an emetic?
