Advise against...: There is no medical data to support ingesting hydrogen peroxide (h2o2), in any form, to treat any disease. There are many bogus websites out there claiming it is beneficial, but it is not. If ingested, a 3% solution is mildly irritating to mucosal tissue and may cause vomiting and diarrhea. Basically, anyone selling "food-grade" h2o2 is running a scam to part you from your money.
