Baby bump: You may feel the baby bump all over your abdomen. The hernia is usualy localized, easily movable , not sore or tender.

Not sure: I'm not familiar with the term "baby bump". A lump at or near the belly button that is more prominent when crying is consistent with a hernia. This can generally be safely watched until age 5 or so. If the lump is in the groin, it needs to be fixed by a pediatric surgeon.
