This may be a form of writers cramp, muscle spasams of the thenar musculature and adductor pollicus muscle from overuse.

Possible: However jot probable. Tremors can be normal. How long has it been there? What does your diet consist of? Do you smoke or take medications that can cause this...When in question go to your pcp.
