When i bend my left thumb it shakes uncontrollably. any ideas? i have a video of it i can send you.

A tic?: The fact that you have the diagnosis of Tourette's makes me think this is somehow related. You may have some alterations in muscle contraction that contribute to both of these phenomena, the thumb shaking and Tourette's. Perhaps the thumb shaking is a tic.
