Not necessarily: Cramps, by themselves, are not necessarily a sign of something wrong; we see this commonly in patients that go on to have a normal pregnancy. Cramps can sometimes be associated with a miscarriage especially if there is bleeding. I assume you have a history of pregnancy loss based on the drugs you are taking. Keep your doctor informed and tests can be done to evaluate the health of the pregnancy.
