No much: It's normal to feel sharp cramping in early pregnancy. You're definitely doing all the right things, that's for sure! keep doing what you're doing and try to do some light exercise, that may help relieve some stress/pressure. Get plenty of rest too. If you are going to miscarry (which definitely hope not), there's not much you can do in first trimester. Light exercise is the best, e.g. Walking.
