Take as you wish: You can take the bunch all together. Iron can upset your gut, and it's easiest if you are taking iron to take low doses through the day.

However you like: Great job taking all your vitamins. You should take them however you like and however you stomach tolerates them. Together or spreadout during the day is fine.
