Involve psychiatrist: With thyroid and ovarian malfunction, she almost certainly will be challenged by mood and possibly by anxiety issues during her life, even if the TSH is within normal limits. Please ensure she has a psychiatrist in her life whom she trusts and is willing to work with.Ideally, find someone specialized in treating women during pregnancy years-try through www.Postpartum.Net for a reproductive psychmd.

Cause?: There are conditions which can cause early loss of ovarian function and under active thyroid. An endocrinologist should be involved to determine etiology as there may be other gland failure risks.
